Bhagalpur is an eastern Bihar education and commercial centre with urban and riverine rural communities. The city serves a wide rural and semi-urban catchment, making affordable supplementary learning, materials and career guidance important for first-generation learners.

04 • INTERVENTION MODEL

Six connected delivery components
