Local context

Surat is a major textile and diamond-industry city with a large migrant-worker population and many first-generation learners. Rapid urban growth and migration can leave children in low-income settlements without quiet study space, devices, tutoring or consistent academic guidance.

04 • INTERVENTION MODEL
