Donations and receipts
How can I make a donation?
Choose a cause and amount for secure online checkout, or use the SBI bank account and UPI QR on the Donate page. Direct transfers require manual bank reconciliation before a receipt is issued.
When is a receipt available?
A PDF receipt is created after payment verification. You can download it from the donation confirmation page or from a donor portal account using the same email address.
Is the receipt an 80G certificate?
No. A donation receipt is not Form 10BE. Our certificate library includes the 80G approval order for assessment years 2025-26 to 2029-30. Individual eligibility and tax documentation depend on applicable rules and verified donor details.
Are voluntary donations refundable?
Voluntary donations are generally non-refundable. There are no product returns. Duplicate, mistaken or suspected unauthorised payments can be reported for review under the cancellation and refund policy.
What if a payment is duplicated or fails?
Keep your payment reference and contact the team. Refund and payment-error requests are reviewed against the payment record under our donation policy.
Volunteering and partnerships
How do I volunteer?
Complete the volunteer form with your interests, skills and availability. The team will get in touch when a suitable opportunity is available.
Can an organisation partner with ACS Foundation?
Yes. Create a partner profile with your organisation details and area of interest. The team reviews applications before confirming a programme commitment.
Are volunteer roles always available?
Opportunities depend on current programme needs. Some roles may require an orientation or verification before placement.
Accounts and contact
Do I need an account to donate?
No. You can donate directly. A donor account helps you view verified donation history and download receipts associated with the same email address.
Where can I ask a question about a programme?
Use the contact form or reach the team by email or phone. Include the programme name and relevant details so the enquiry can be routed correctly.
