The website is operated by ACS Foundation, a registered charitable trust. It provides programme information, voluntary donation facilities, enquiries and donor/partner account services. It is not an online shop. Registration records are available in our certificate library.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to authorise a payment and use an account or payment method you are entitled to use. Provide accurate contact and donation details. Keep account credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service.
Donations and payment providers
Donations are voluntary, in INR, and governed by the donation policy. Check the cause, amount and recipient before confirming. A donation is recorded as paid only after verification. Payment processing is subject to the provider and banking network; the provider shown in checkout handles the payment. Cashfree is the current integration. Mention of Razorpay does not confirm that it is active or that the website has been approved by it.
Receipts, cancellation and delivery
Read the cancellation and refund policy and receipt delivery policy. No goods are shipped in exchange for donations. Tax documentation is distinct from an ordinary receipt, and individual tax benefits are not guaranteed.
Programmes, content and third-party links
Programme plans and opportunities may change with local needs, resources and feasibility. A volunteer or partnership enquiry is not acceptance or a binding programme commitment. Website material is for information; do not reuse the Foundation's branding or publish altered certificates as authentic. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to maintain the website and correct reported errors, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Contact us before repeating a payment where the first attempt is uncertain. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without limiting any mandatory legal rights or remedies. Raise concerns with the Foundation using the contact details below. Changes are published with an updated date; material changes do not retrospectively remove existing legal rights.
